Lauren Glase is a creative leader who blends bold creativity with sharp strategy.

She thrives as an in-house designer, uncovering fresh ideas within brand parameters. Whether developing ad campaigns, crafting editorial layouts, or shaping packaging concepts, she pushes design beyond expectations to engage audiences in new and meaningful ways.

With a BA in New Media Design and an MS in Talent and Organization Development, Lauren brings a rare mix of design craft, business acumen, and creative leadership — making her work not only visually striking, but also strategically effective.

Most recently, she became an adjunct professor, developing curriculum and teaching an upper-level design class on integrated marketing campaigns at Queens University of Charlotte.
