Morgan Williams was preparing to launch a full-service wedding planning and design business and knew that she would need a luxury brand to bring in her ideal high-end clientele.
The Logo
The primary logo was created using a formal serif font with custom-drawn swashes for added elegance. It pairs with a thin sans-serif font with wide kerning, a style often used in luxury brands.
A secondary logo and additional marks were created to use at smaller scale or to add variety in different applications.
Visual Identity

Slate grey and a warm toned cream color are the primary colors of the brand. The neutrals let the colors of Morgan Williams Weddings clients’ weddings shine through without clashing.
An olive green comes in as a secondary brand color, tying in natural colors of florals often used in weddings.
A tertiary deep green rounds out the color palette and a light blue plays into the traditional idea of “something blue” in weddings.

Libre Baskerville Italic is used as an elegant headline font. Gotham is used for subheadings and body copy to give a clean, professional look.

A toile pattern ties the Morgan Williams Weddings brand together, using a traditional, luxurious pattern to relate to the traditions of wedding ceremonies. The floral motifs in the pattern may be used independently, as well.
